My Happy Place

Hey Guys, My Happy Place is where I am taking you today. Of course Stampin’ Up! has come up with a new stamp set and it’s called Happy Hibiscus! Instead of being a stamp set with dies this set has an Embossing Folder that the dies fit into! Furthermore it embosses AND cuts all at the same time! I especially love when SU! makes my job easier! Besides showing how the dies work with the embossing folder I am also showing you how to make a multi colored sentiment!

Hey Guys, I’m jumping the gun today! of course it’s early for Halloween but this stamp set Potions & Spells has been shouting at me to use it! So, What’s a girl to do!? Of course If you would like to see it made you can watch here.

Jumping the Gun

Not sure what you think, but I love Halloween. It brings me back to my neighborhood growing up and please don’t tell anyone, but my sister and I would go around at least twice! We also had a great house that always went all out to decorate. Nonetheless, We loved going to see what they did that year!

But wait there’s more!

Now that I am done jumping the gun and starting Halloween early, let me share with you a pic of the new Mini Catalog!

There are so many goodies in this Mini!! I am having another Christmas card class in a month. Furthermore, You’ll need to sign up by Monday the 16th of September. Twist & Fold double card

Hey Guys, today I am making a twist and fold double card! I love full size cards and that is why I have adapted a fold that I’ve seen into a regular size card! WOW Fancy Fold!

Hey Guys, I’ve got a WOW Fancy Fold for you! This fold was brand new to me, so I HAD to try it! The idea came from Mindy Clove when we swapped in Houston. Of course, I changed it up somewhat. For the DSP I used Unbounded Beauty, and the stamp set was Cutest Cows. The Dies are from Unbounded Love. These Dies are so awesome! Today is Thursday so I am doing my Live on my YouTube Channel at 4:00 (eastern, USA), if you missed it you can see it here.

NEW Catalog starts in May!!

Because I am a Demo with Stampin’ Up! I get to go to SU! functions that give me the catalog before anyone that didn’t go! I was so excited to learn that we could purchase before everyone else too! Hey Guys! Who doesn’t love to play with new product!? This time of year is so fun when new product comes out and I can play with it BEFORE it comes out to the public!! This is such a perk for being a Demonstrator! Not only did I get the new catalog early, BUT I also got it before other Demo’s because I went to Convention with SU! in Houston! Of course, I make a PDF for each of my cards I do in my videos and present here! It’s super easy to get a pdf, you only need to sign up for my Newsletter here on my blog!! For every week that I do a video I also do a pdf and send them out to those who signed up about every 2-3 weeks! Now, if you have followed me, you KNOW that I love cards that are a little more than simple. For every card I look at it I wonder: Does this make me happy? If it does, then it’s good enough to do a video on. If the answer is no, then I go back to the drawing board! My goal is to make YOU happy as well as me!!

These stamp sets come out once the New Catalog is live and that happens in May! There are MANY stamps/products that I haven’t been able to order yet, but once May comes I am all over it!! This catalog is different than others we have had. SU! is doing something a little different than we’ve done before. It IS a little disconcerting when things change. But now that I have gone through it MULTIPLE times, I’m seeing why they changed things up! My advice is to have an open mind when looking through it for the first few times. I know you will love it as much as I do!!
