Coloring Techniques

Hey Guys first off, Coloring Techniques & using different colors of Blends to make a more realistic flower, is what we’re talking about! Before I begin, if you want to see the same card using different colors, watch my video on Youtube! Secondly, this is a brand new stamp set from Stampin’ Up! that is coming out in July called Charming Day. Before we move on, let me show you the card!

Thirdly, this card is NOT the one that I outdid myself in! Here is the one that uses different blend colors:

Lastly on this topic, the artist gives you clues on where to make things darker or lighter. Now, I am only learning, but this flower made it easier for me.

Scrapbooking Retreat is coming soon!!

Now that I am done showing how to do Coloring Techniques, as I’ve said in the past, I love to scrapbook! And SU! is having a Scrapbooking retreat! After all I started stamping when making my newborn daughter’s scrapbook. in 2000. And since I love to get the most out of what I invest in, I also made cards! If you are like me and still have a passion for scrapbooking, please take a look at this!

Basically I am having a retreat at my home where we will make 12 TWO PAGE spreads! One for each month, everything is pre-cut and we will be using flip flops! Of course this makes the pages where you can interact with them!

Hey Guys, Layers are GREAT! Basically, layers can really MAKE a card! If you check out my YouTube page you can see how they make cards look professional! After all, I’m sharing with you two cards that have some great layers! As always today is Thursday so that means it’s video day! When ordering (hopefully from me! ) 😛 Be sure to keep an eye out on the product you add. Whereas if you ordered a Suite, but then ordered a ribbon, it will take the 1/2″ off the least costing item. This blew me away!!

Hey Guys, This blew me away, I never thought something could look this good yet be so easy! As always I am showing you something new that just came out from Stampin’ Up! First off, I love when the New Catalog comes out. Second, there were so many things in this one that I was excited to play with. Third, I was so happy that it wouldn’t stress me out to do it on Video!

Basically it is Thursday which means I am doing a Live on my YouTube Channel! Every Thursday (except a handful) I try to come on and show you what I love to do. Which is to make handcrafted cards that I am proud to send to my loved ones! Equally important is that I show YOU how to do it! If you are into making your own cards I hope you are inspired by what you see.

Can you see how much it pops out!? THIS is what excited me. After all my husband has a Tiki bar with all the cute tiki cups. Lest he be upset with me, I had to buy this set. Of course I showed it to him and he loved it.

As long as you have a place to write (I like less room, but that’s ’cause I worry about what to say!) they will love this card.

All Zipped Up

Well, I copied Pinterest. Of course, then I started changing little things with what I saw. Besides, now I can see a stamp set and vision what I want to make! Undoubtedly you will agree, if you were sitting looking at this in real life, you would also say it is a peaceful setting!
