Hey Guys, THIS is where my Mind goes! Of course, this is the first thought when I saw this set from SU! called Long Time No See. Evidently I hope you have the same funny bone I do!  If you would like to see how this was made click here.  Hence the question: My mind went there?

Because this is where my mind  went there wasn’t a sentiment I could use. So I did a search and came up with this one! I love it!!  For Blends I used Granny Apple Green and Real Red. Also I used Blending Brushes with Crumb Cake & Azure Afternoon inks. Now can you see that this is where my mind went?

Scrapbooking Retreat is coming soon!!

Now that I am done showing how to do Coloring Techniques, as I’ve said in the past, I love to scrapbook! And SU! is having a Scrapbooking retreat!  After all I started stamping when making my newborn daughter’s scrapbook. in 2000.  And since I love to get the  most out of what I invest in, I also made cards!  If you are like me and still have a passion for scrapbooking, please take a look at this!

Basically I am having a retreat at my home where we will make 12 TWO PAGE spreads! One for each month, everything is pre-cut and we will be using flip flops!  Of course this makes the pages where you can interact with them!

Rhino Ready done creatively

Hey guys, today I am using stamps & dies unconventionally by making the dies/stamps creatively. Of course my brain went somewhere different! When I saw the dies, the trunk reminded me of Lightning. So, I HAD to try and see what I came up with! Now, that’s just one card, the other has the Rhino from the Rhino Ready stamp set hiding in the grass, getting ready to jump into action! Most importantly you can go see the video where I make both cards here!
