Well as simple as I get! 🙂

Hey Guys, Today I am making a simple greeting card using Cheerful Daisies! Of course this was one of the stamp sets I HAD to get once we could order it! Being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator was THE BEST IDEA and 20 years later I STILL think that! The best part is getting the opportunity to purchase product before most people! We’re playing ‘outside’ today!

Hey guys, As I have noted I’m making three wow greeting cards today! Obviously, each one uses stamps from Stampin’ Up! that have an outdoor theme! Of course, now that summer is close it puts me in the mood to go outside, NOT, but it does make me want to stamp outside themes! Indeed, today is Thursday and it’s video day! Every other week I do a Live and then the following week I do a recorded video. Correspondingly today is a LIVE day! All in all, If you missed it click here. Hey Guys, Fun & Funny Stamping is right up my Alley!! Of course I love to laugh (who doesn’t!?), so I made one of the cards super funny (at least to me). Fun & Funny stamping – THIS is my FUN card

Who doesn’t love Frills!? The dies for this Balloon stamp set has Frills! Definitely, I wanted to show how you could look at the catalog and use the images to make something. Especially since the Stampin’ Up! catalog is FULL of ideas! Moreover I used the design for this card from the catalog, BUT the card in the catalog was a Slim Line card. So, I decided to use the design but make it different, so I could be me.

Fun with Lazy Days

Hey Guys, I get to Finally play with NEW product! Basically, today I am having fun with Lazy Days. I have to thank Carol Buckalew for opening my mind to ways to use this set. I have done a video walking you through how to make this. Of course, the picture does not do it justice, so be sure to comment on my video within the next few days and you may get it in the mail! Particularly since I started doing a random drawing for those who comment on my recorded video.

Before you ask, yes I give out my pdf for this card to those who are signed up for my newsletter! I try to email every week the PDF that I made for that week. Basically I would do it less often, but adding too many PDF’s makes it to where it’s too big to send. So, if you don’t mind getting a PDF (or more) each week, sign up!

Did you notice?

Because the picture can not give you what your naked eye could, I want to point out that the railing/porch cover are ‘painted’! Indeed, I used Blends to make this a Victorian porch! Not only did I use Blends, but I used the NEW colors Bubble Bath and Moody Mauve! Hereafter you can call this a Dynamic Duo! Of course they go good together, SU! is so good at making colors that pair nicely together.

Also, I want to point out how the rocking chair is colored. Thanks to Carol this looks like a REAL rocking chair! Equally if you watch the video you will see how I made the ‘mountains’. Of course mountains are not that color, but in MY world they are! LOL Occasionally I have to stretch the colors that are in reality to match the card!

Did you know

At this time, did you know that I have a BOGO sale every year? Instead of keeping all my retired sets (I DO keep some), I let those who can come by my house pick out what they want. And then I let them pick out the same amount out of the new catalog. Then they only pay one price! Besides getting the retired stamp sets they get NEW product and only pay one price! Wait, there’s more! LOL Another thing they get to do is pick out Sale-a-Bration item for FREE that I have! NOT only do they get to pick out SAB items, but they get one for every $30 NOT $50! Even though I don’t LOVE chickens, this set makes me laugh. Of course anything that makes me laugh is good!! Especially since some days are harder than others (I deal with depression) when you get a smile from something, go for it! Probably why I love my husband so much. Besides being a good man, he makes me laugh EVERY day! Plus, he doesn’t expect me to clean house! Certainly he’s a keeper!!

Retiring…What!?

I love Campology!

Hey guys, Campology is one of my favorites and it’s Retiring…What. Eventually, new favorites will be found. Nevertheless, be sure and get this set before it’s gone! for my cards today I already had it planned and then saw it was retiring. However, I’ve gotten to look at the NEW Catalog and I KNOW I will have new favorites!

Using Rhino Ready

Hey Guys, I’m making a Reflection card today as well as a cool card using Heron Habitat over on YouTube! The Reflection card uses Rhino Ready the stamp set only sold OnLine. BOTH of these sets you just might want to get sooner rather than later. As far as Heron Habitat, the dies are already sold out and they aren’t coming back. Of course this means that this stamp set is retiring. As far as Rhino Ready goes, it is only available OnLine, so we don’t know how long it will be there.

Rhino Ready done creatively

Hey guys, today I am using stamps & dies unconventionally by making the dies/stamps creatively. Of course my brain went somewhere different! When I saw the dies, the trunk reminded me of Lightning. So, I HAD to try and see what I came up with! Now, that’s just one card, the other has the Rhino from the Rhino Ready stamp set hiding in the grass, getting ready to jump into action! Hey Guys, I’m so excited to share with you Alternatives for the Kindness Kit along with making the kit!
