Don’t Forget!

If by chance you purchased product over $50 last month, now is your chance to spend your $5 coupon! After all, who doesn’t love a coupon!?

Happy Anniversary to me!!

Being that I joined SU! 20 years ago, I wanted to Celebrate!! If you are reading this, and you purchase $50 from me in the next month, (Aug-10 to Sept-10) I will send you a gift! PLUS because you spent that amount you will also get the PDF of 16 projects! Now, that is quite the deal!!

Why would I do a ‘job’ for 20 years?

Basically, I have never done anything for 20 years other than my marriage and being a mom! So, why do I stay? Besides being able to stamp every day, I also have met the most wonderful people! Either those whom I’ve met at the SU! functions (going to Vegas in 10 days!!), or those I’ve met in my classes, YOU are all important to me. You make me laugh, cry, get excited and YOU make me feel like I am so talented! Ha! Basically I wish my sister could find the 1st card I ever made…it was so bad I cringe thinking I still sent it out! As far as learning along the way, I do feel like I’ve got this artistic eye I never thought I had! Thank you for sticking with me this long!!

Christmas card class coming in October!

But you will want to pay attention to the details, click here for more info! If you purchase the class before September 1st you get a DISCOUNT! Of course I have purchased a lot of NEW product from the upcoming Mini, and after 15 years I have decided to up the cost of the class. For those who want to come, the cost is $45 if you purchase before the 1st of September, otherwise it will be $50. The reason for the price increase is you will get 16 cards, plus a day of fun, a pdf and FULLY cut/prepared card packets! Plus, I haven’t raised my prices, and have been losing money. Of course I love this class so much, I wasn’t in it for the Money, BUT I can’t afford to give it away. Let me tell you, the cards are WOW’s but not too hard!

Anyone can come to the class and participate, but be ready to laugh, eat, visit and make new friends! Following this class you will go home with gorgeous cards that will definitely set the bar high, and you will have so much fun you will want to do it again next year!

Thanks

Lastly, I would like to thank you for coming here and visiting me! I know you are busy as am I, the fact that you take time out to visit means so much to me! Thank you so much for supporting me and my small business!

Bees, don’t you just love bees?!

Hey Guys!

Today I am sharing with you a card that I saw on Pinterest by Monica Gale.  I only changed up the yellow behind the ‘HI’, so technically I CASE’d it (Copy and Share Everything).

I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it and HAD to make it!  LOVE when that happens, it really gets my creative juices flowing!

I used the Large Letter framelits to cut out the HI, then placed some of the Delightfully Detailed Laser cut behind the panel, added dimensionals and then had the Mango Melody behind.  Colored the Bee  using the Mango Melody  Blend!

Here are the particulars for this card:

Painting with Brusho!

Hey Guys!

Today is Tuesday so that means I have a new video to offer you!!   I wanted to show how easy it is to paint with Brusho.  Brusho gives you such a vibrant color and I am now asking myself why haven’t I done this before!?

Here is the card I made:

Another great thing is that I can make my own colors!  Just mix the yellow with the blue and get a nice green…..add more of one than the other and the hue changes!  I can’t wait to see what colors I can make!

Here are the dimensions to this card:

Dapper Denim 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, 3 3/4″ x 5″
Whisper White 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″
Gold Glimmer Paper 3 1/4″ x 4 1/4″
Watercolor paper 3″ x 4″

I hope that this card encourages you to  try the Brusho!

Thank you for stopping by, I hope you continue to touch base with me!  I enjoy making handmade cards and I hope that I inspire you to do the same!

Below is pictures of the items used for this project, click on any picture and you will be taken to my OnLine Store!

Winner of my Painted Harvest Faux Needlepoint!

For those of you that have been here before, I like to give things away!  I also like to step cards up since they have to met my standards ( I have to be excited about what I make).  Two weeks ago I made such a fun card that I HAD to give it away.  For those who left me a comment here on my blog or on my Video on YouTube (making this card) I figured I would have a drawing and you could get this card in the mail:

Thank you for all your comments!  This was my favorite stamp set in the Holiday Mini.  I am very happy to mail this card out to:
