Happy, Happy, Happy Meer Kats!

Hey Guys!

I’m sure I am not the only one who loves the Stampin’ Up! stamp set The Gang’s All Meer! This stamp set makes me smile. It’s easy to create a card using these happy little guys. Saw this card on Pinterest and decided to jump off from Christine’s card, here is her card:

To make it mine, I decided to change it up a bit:

I love layers, almost every card I make has at least one layer, most have more! Do you find it as hard as I do to NOT have layers? Or to even make a card without doodads all over it…….that’s me in a nutshell!

Masculine card By the Dock

Hey Guys,

Here’s a Masculine card using the Stampin’ Up! stamp set By the Dock for you! If you missed my last one, check it out here.

The last masculine card had a LOT more sponging and this one has a little sponging and I think it’s much simpler! They are both great cards but this one makes me happier…..not sure why, maybe you can tell me? Here is my card for today:

I LOVE how I colored this!

This is a CASE (Copy And Share Everywhere) from L’atelier De Mag, here is her card so you can see how I changed little things to make it mine:

My shore is more pronounced, but you can definitely see that I got my idea from here! Thank you L’atelier for your inspiration, I love it! The cardstock was changed up too, I LOVE using Early Espresso cardstock as a Base for my handmade cards.

For my inside I wanted to make it just as serene as the front:

The card I am going to show you today is the design of Susan Campfield! Usually, I try to change up the cards I am inspired by, but this one is perfect, so I left it as it was! Thank you Susan!

Star Wars AT AT

Hey Guys!

Every year I make a Star Wars birthday card for my Grandson Isaac.  I’ve made Yoda, BB8 and this year I am making the AT AT.

Here is a picture of the finished project:

This took me ALL day and many times to get it just right!  I used the 1/2″ circle punch, square punches even the pinecone die (for the head).  I posted quite a few pictures on FB to get my friends thoughts before I was happy with it!

I hope you like it and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask!

Wild About Flowers – Get yours before it retires!

Hey Guys!

Once again, I went to Pinterest to get some ideas for my Stamp class.  I ran across a card by Sue Lehrer.  I changed the flowers and the colors, the rest is her design!  I love when I am really busy and can’t come up with ideas that I can get them from others!

Here is my card:

I really love how the Washi is used on this card.  I forget about using it and then wonder why I don’t use it more when I do!

The ribbon is a favorite of mine too!  LOVE that it is staying in the new Catalog!

Magical Day Box Card

Hey Guys!

So glad you could join me for this awesome project I have for you today!

Funny that my nails match!!  Just got them done today!  This is the card in the closed position

Here it is Open, the next picture shows it from a higher angle so you can really see the ‘box’.

This was super fun!  I love the Magical Day Stamp set……I had used EVERY stamp in the set but the Magician,  and now I have used them ALL!  I colored with the Blends and also used the Magical Day Washi Tape!  This entire Suite is awesome!

I got this idea from Natalie Lapakko……..I’m a visual learner so seeing a video would have helped me learn, so I thought I could help you if you also learn by seeing!

This project takes a whole piece of 8 1/2″ x 11″ piece of cardstock.  Score Horizontal @  2″, 3 3/4″, 7 1/4″ and 9″

Score Vertical @ 1 3/4″ and 6 3/4.

Follow along with the video to see where to snip and trim!  It was MUCH easier than I anticipated!

Below will be pictures of the items used to make this project.  Click on any picture to be taken to my OnLine Store!!  If you purchase from me, I will send you one of my handmade cards!

Thanks for stopping by!  If you are new to me, I have a YouTube Channel where I TRY to do a video every Tuesday!  I would love it if you would subscribe and be alerted when my next video posts!

Star Wars handmade Birthday card, PLUS Blog Candy!

How does time get away from me?  I know!  It’s because I get to stamping in my stamp room and time just flies!

As I went to bed last night, I was thinking of what had to be done……….THIS is why it’s so hard to shut my brain off when I go to bed!  I thought I still had plenty of time to come up with a Star Wars birthday card for my Grandson, Isaac.  NOPE!!  I am in North Carolina, he’s in California and his  birthday is in 3 days!  NOT sure it will get there in time, but I’ve been talking and thinking about this card for a MONTH!  🙂  Does that count?

Here is what I came up with (thanks to Pinterest and Carrie Rhodes!):

I am NOT a big Star Wars Fan, so thank goodness for Pinterest!  🙂  Now, don’t get me wrong, I like Star Wars, I’m just not a HUGE fan!  I hope he likes it!  My daughter wants me to make one of each Character, I already made Yoda, so anyone have any pictures of anyone who might have  made the other characters?  I have ONE year to plan!  hahaha  Hope I make it on time!

Here is some of the pieces used to make it, some are retired, but all are from Stampin’ Up!,  (see below for all product) glad I held on to them!

Of course I trimmed all the circles away, BUT you might want to learn from me……..wait until the glue is DRY before doing that!  I had to start over!  Thankfully the mail hadn’t come by the time I finished!

Hope you enjoyed this post, and that you will come to my rescue and send me other Star War cards that I can copy!

If you live in the United States and don’t have a demonstrator I would LOVE to be yours!  Anyone who buys from me will get a handmade card in the mail thanking them for their purchase…..you never know it just might be one you see on my blog!  Also subscribe to my Newsletter and get some great stamping ideas!

Now, onto the Blog Candy!!  I am GIVING AWAY an Embossing Folder!  What do you have to do to be in the drawing to get it?  You just have to leave me a comment here on my blog, any post until May 15th.  I will put everyone in the drawing who comments here and on my Facebook page TedderBearStamping, That’s it!  No buying anything, just commenting!  You can comment as many times as you want on different posts and it will count!

Here is what you can be in the drawing for!:

Hope you enjoyed my post today!  Make sure and Subscribe to get notices when I post again!
